If you purchase an Allen & Heath digital console from AGI, Inc. you will be assured full factory warranty coverage from the manufacturer.  If you purchase from an unauthorized dealer you may not receive warranty support.  In the rare case that you have a warranty issue, Allen & Heath will require you to provide proof of purchase before they will work on your console. If you can’t prove that your purchase was from an authorized dealer, you may have to pay for your repair.
